John, I have some familiarity with pivot tables. You can set the pivot table to count or add up the underlying raw data in various ways. In this case, it looks like they have set the pivot table to "sum" the rows instead of counting them. Assuming the row counts were numbered from 1 to 344, if you sum up these numbers you come to 59,340 which is the grand total given in the original pivot table. Try it in a spreadsheet - create a column with the numbers from 1 to 344 and then sum them. You get 59,340.
But if the old numbers seemed incredible high, the new numbers seem incredible low and stable! They would seem to indicate that both Covid and the vaccine do not cause myocarditis and pericarditis OR there is a lot of under-diagnosed cases of both. I did see some leaked figures from the US military very recently which seemed to indicate a very high rate of one of these conditions post vaccine, around 6% of surveyed vaccine recipients as I recall, which would tie up with your original figures.
