#2 no es del todo cierto, se estima que deepseek está usando unas cuantas H800 que tenían de antes de las sanciones (Casi 15k cuda cores cada una). También es cierto que están potenciando bastante el uso de Radeon, lo que no sé ni encuentro es si tiran de OpenCL, HIP o ROCm
